Any U.S. order of $100 or less (excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of just $6.95 via USPS. Orders over $100 ship FREE via USPS
Sales Tax (9.25%) is charged for all orders within the State of California.
Shipping Address Correction: Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. We are not liable for undeliverable packages caused by an incorrect address. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
Center of Beauty can not be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once it has been delivered by postal carrier to the addresses. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that products purchased are sent to a secure location (such as a PO Box, a place of residence where someone is home to accept the package, or a place of employment where someone is there to accept the package.)
All orders placed Monday through Thursday are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of completion. Orders completed on Fridays, Weekends, or National and Government Holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Purchases from Center of Beauty.com may be returned any time up to 7 days from the date of purchase, EXCEPT ON REVITALASH PRODUCTS, under the following condition:
THE RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE UNOPENED AND UNUSED.
It is the costumer's responsibility to return the product in new condition with packaging intact in the same condition in which it was shipped. Returns that are damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using postal insurance for your return.
Please note original invoice must be returned with the product or return will be rejected.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning.
You must have the original box and documents that came with the item or only a partial credit will be given ( please save your boxes should you need to make a return.)
